Caitie rocks! Her workouts always have great variety and are different everyday! Not only do her workouts kick butt, but she has so much knowledge about nutrition and the human body! She has an awesome outlook on how food fuels your body! If you have any injuries she always has suggestions to modify the workout and stretches or things to workout and fix the muscle pain! She is super motivating and just an all around fun person to train with!! Love love love training with her!
