Small Group Training is designed to give you the same intense workout you would get in a one on one setting, but with a group of 5-10 people suffering right beside you! We have built a community around these classes that will push you to be better, go harder and want to come back every week! With monthly membership options, you will also be given nutrition guidance geared towards what fits your lifestyle! There is no one “DIET” fits all! There is no one “workout program” that fits all! Find what works for you, what gets you excited and what makes you want to keep being your best you!
This class will include weights, cardio/endurance, and teamwork! You will be throwing wall balls, swinging kettlebells and doing basic bodyweight squats. By the time you leave this class, every body part, including your lungs, will feel this workout! Don’t worry, we have modifications for every fitness level! Come ready to work and have fun! Sweating is not an option!
Monday: 5pm & 6pm
Wednesday: 5pm & 6pm
This class is designed to target all upper body muscles from shoulders to arms, back and chest. Yes, ladies, even you will be working those forgotten chest muscles. We will not hit the same muscles both days. The days will be split up just like a typical workout program is split up. We will be using dumbbells, barbells, and machines to hit those targeted areas. The pump is real and you will feel it!
Tuesday: 6am, 11:30am, & 5pm
We definitely cannot forget about the glutes, hamstrings and quads! These two days will specific to the lower body muscle groups. Don’t let this make you nervous! Even those with bad hips and knees can attend because it is not one lift fits all! There are a variety of different modifications that we incorporate for those who may have injuries or chronic issues. The toilet will be your worst enemy 1-2 days after this class, but the best kind of enemy!
Thursday: 6am, 11:30am, & 5pm
HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training, is a form of interval training, cardiovascular strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic strategy with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. Though there is no universal HIIT session duration, these intense workouts typically last under 30 minutes, with times varying based on a participant's current fitness level. The duration of HIIT also depends on the intensity of the session. Class will never take longer than 30 minutes and it won't take longer than 5 minutes to begin the fountain of sweat

Tuesday & Thursday: 6am-6:30am
Booty Burn class is exactly what the name states, a class to burn and build the booty. We work on the entire posterior chain, from lower back, to the entire glute area, the hamstring/glute tie in and the hamstrings. We will begin with solid glute activation to get the hips and glutes warm and ready to work, we will target the core to support the lower back and we will find good form in kickbacks, squats and deadlifts. Slow and controlled movements so that the booty is looking good in those jeans come Saturday night date night!
