This 12-week program is completely customized by ME! Not copy and pasted from the internet, not just an email with a PDF attachment. We work as a team from Day 1 with a personalized training app and 24/7 contact. We find your strengths and weaknesses, we reevaluate your workout regimen and nutrition, and we create a plan on how to create a healthy physical and mental lifestyle change! There is no longer “crash diets” or hours of cardio everyday! There is only a healthy routine setting you up for a sustainable lifestyle many years down the road!
Online Nutrition. You have your routine but just can’t seem to get the results you want? Have you taken a deeper look into what you are fueling your body with? Fitness and health are not just killing yourself in the gym, you need to take a deeper look into your nutrition. There is no cookie cutter diet plan. There is no one size fits all. Everything is catered towards your lifestyle, your schedule, your likes/dislikes and what is sustainable for you. This isn’t a 60-day fad diet or crash diet, this is a lifestyle change.
One on One and Team training is for those who need more direct, one on one attention. We set goals and we design a routine that will get you to those goals. Weight loss? Muscle gain? All around healthy lifestyle? Nothing is too big or to small as long as you are willing to put the work in! Your routine is customized to you and your nutrition is balanced for your lifestyle. We train hard but smart and make each session together better than the last!
These online training programs are great for beginners and advanced lifters looking for a challenge, looking to intensify their training in all the right areas. Depending on your fitness level will depend on what program is right for you. The 4 week program is a gym or at home program that will introduce you to training. It will teach you how to put together a basic program that works for your goals. It will show you the many ways to move your body in the gym or at home with little to no equipment. The 8 week program is a gym program that will keep advancing you and the movements so that you are building the strength and muscle that you are looking for and haven't been able to build yet. The 12 week program is a Hybrid program that combines body part specific days with total body days. This is not a program for those not willing to put in the work. The Hybrid Program is a commitment to you, a commitment to the program and a commitment to a new version of you! Training online vs in person gives you freedom and flexibility to work the training into your schedule. Training online vs in person is not an excuse to not get the work done.
Small Group classes are a more affordable way for you to get your butt kicked in a more personalized setting. You will have others with you pushing you, cheering you on, making you finish that last rep, BUT you will also have me by your side making sure we are preventing any injuries and only moving forward with your results. You are treated as an individual, but you are working out and training as a group. Nutrition is offered because what is one without the other! Success is key and together, we can make it happen!
