Empowered BUILD is designed to introduce the concept of building strength over time. Strength training is progression and we are going to introduce you to the concepts of strength training by progressing different movements and increasing the intensity of the movement each week. The goal is to challenge yourself, your body, and your mind to push more weight than you ever have before. Don’t be scared of the weight! Be honest with yourself during this program, take yourself to places you haven’t been before. Not because it’s scary, because you are strong, capable, willing, & consistent with your goals.

Small Group classes are a more affordable way for you to get your butt kicked in a more personalized setting. You will have others with you pushing you, cheering you on, making you finish that last rep, BUT you will also have me by your side making sure we are preventing any injuries and only moving forward with your results. You are treated as an individual, but you are working out and training as a group. Nutrition is offered because what is one without the other! Success is key and together, we can make it happen!
