I WANT TO SHOW PEOPLE THAT THEY NEED TO LOVE THEMSELVES FROM THE INSIDE OUT BECAUSE JUST CHANGING THE OUTSIDE BODY WILL NEVER SATISFY THEM!

I want them to know that yes, although I train intense, I teach macros and I ask for progress pics, I understand they are human, they are moms and dads, they are carpool drivers, Cheer Captains and snack bearer at the football games. I am here to teach a lifestyle and drive to be the best they can be. There is no judgment, there is no guilt. I want people to start to understand that it is not just one way or the highway.

New to this thing called fitness and working out? Don’t worry, you are not alone. Fitness should not be a burden. It should not be scary, it should not be something you dread. When you train with me, you train with a trainer who has your best interest at heart. A trainer who makes the gym a fun and safe environment. The gym should be your escape from the stress of work and the chaos of the family. When we work together, we become a team, a partnership. Your success, your struggles are my success and struggles.

MY JOURNEY TO EMPOWERED

Before Empowered Lifestyle, I was Gracefully Fit. Gracefully Fit was born in late 2015 out of my garage that my boyfriend and I had turned into the neighborhood gym. I trained clients out of the garage early mornings, weekends and at night while working full time as an Executive Assistant for the CEO of an amazing financial firm. As more clients were referred to me, both online and in person, and my schedule became more packed, I was adding more hours in the garage, less in the office and was soon able to transfer to 100% training mid 2016 and in late 2016, I decided to sign a contract with a warehouse studio gym in Mesa for full-time training.

First, I started with only one on ones, then introduced team training and boot camps. As those started filling up, I was able to open up more time slots for Small Group Training! My hopes for Empowered Lifestyle is to change the lives of people all over the world, not just those in Arizona. I want to teach people what health and fitness is!

I want people to leave training with me and understand their bodies, not just know that their trainer helps them lose weight.

LIFESTYLE

I want to Empower you to live your best life NOW! Life happens and we need to learn that it is ok! We may eat to many cookies, drink to many beers, forget the gym when family is in town, but I promise life will go on. It is how quickly you jump back in the driver seat that matters most!

A 6-pack core and striated glutes does not define your level of fitness. At Empowered Lifestyles, we train for YOUR goals. We eat nutritious foods to fuel YOUR body. It is not how quickly can we look like the models on Instagram, it is how can we live happy and healthy lives today, tomorrow and five years from now. Train for you lifestyle, not someone else!

PELVIC FLOOR CLASS

Our pelvic floor class is designed to help participants strengthen, engage, and stabilize the muscles that support the pelvic region, including the pelvic floor, core, and lower back. This class is ideal for individuals looking to improve their pelvic health, whether due to postpartum recovery, injury prevention, or overall well-being. During the session, participants will be guided through a series of exercises that target the deep muscles of the pelvis and core, with a focus on controlled breathing, proper alignment, and mindful movement. These exercises may include Kegels, bridges, squats, and other movements that enhance strength, flexibility, and coordination. The class often incorporates elements of yoga and Pilates, emphasizing the connection between the breath and pelvic floor engagement. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a supportive environment where individuals can learn techniques to alleviate pelvic discomfort, improve bladder control, and enhance overall core stability.
